Three Key Points of Writing for Your Audience

Writing a research paper has the purpose of communicating the results precisely and briefly with the need for the researches done, and the implications discussing their impact. A writer therefore has an idea of who the beneficiary would be. The key
  1. Contents  A writer of a scientific paper is the best judge who knows why, how the research was done and what the results were. At the start of the research itself the writer has a good idea of who the likely readers would be. The contents must be precise and brief and appropriate written for the chosen or likely audience.
  2. Audience The results obtained by a researcher will have an impact on the ongoing researches by other scientists, priority claims by the writer in contemporary researches.  it may have a direct benefit to the needy health care professionals. Broadly, the audience can therefore be scientific readers of a research journal in that area, a healthcare professional, or the public (even media).
  3. Style and Precision  Irrespective of the audience, style and precision and reasoning are important for achieving the most impact. For research journal, a journal with large reader of readership, fastest likely time for publication is the choice. The writer has to then study all the journal requirements. This includes format, writing style (sequence of all the necessary headings, referencing styles and citations etc) specific for that journal and strictly conform to all these requirements in writing the paper.
Most Important Considerations for Developing a Manuscript The paper should conform to the style, brevity of the contents, and precision in presentation. The paper should be double checked for spelling and grammar errors by good software.
